  • Medical Missionaries Global Health Fellows: offers two recent college graduates planning on entering the health professions the opportunity to gain experience in health care delivery in a developing country. Fellows spend one year in Thomassique, Haiti, working at St. Joseph’s Clinic, where they act as liaisons between Medical Missionaries—the US-based organization that built and funds the clinic—and the clinic’s all-Haitian staff. The fellowship begins in the summer and ends in the summer of the following year.

Volunteer abroad

Teach abroad

  • WorldTeach: partners with governments and other organizations in developing countries to provide volunteer teachers to meet local needs and promote responsible global citizenship. WorldTeach provides opportunities for volunteers to teach in developing countries for year programs that are 10-12 months long or summer programs that are 2 months in length. Some programs are fully funded by in-country partners, while others have a volunteer fee.
